It is sad for Rohingya community to hear that the honourable Attorney General and Minister of Justice of the Republic of the Gambia, Mr. Abubacar Marie Tambadou is going to take up UN job. He has submitted his resignation as Attorney General and Minister of justice to his excellency.
He has greatly contributed to several Gambia Government’s key governance reform activities. The president of Gambia Barrow sincerely thanks him for his patriotic and selfless services.
Mr. Abunacar Tambadou also helped restore the Gambia’s regional and international image as well as excellent leadership in the global human rights movement.
The attorney general and Minister of justice of Gambia have played a great role in ICJ Court against Myanmar on Rohingya genocide case.
Now, Dawda Jallow is the new Minister of justice of Gambia. Hope that he will also play a great role in regional and international cases.
The Rohingya community has the desire to get him in ICJ court in Rohingya genocide case filled against the Myanmar government as a brave honest benevolent person.
